Ah yes, a fine-toothed comb Vlad, gets the tangles out. In the November 10-Q filing, the boilerplate was phrased this way: >>the Company may also be required to issue additional equity or debt securities....blah-blah-blah...<< now the phrase has become much more specific, and damning: >>The Company expects that it will be required to issue additional equity or debt securities....blah-blah-blah<< The key word here is 'expect', which is a long way from 'may'. The latter is a possibility, the former a pre-announcement of what in all likelihood is a fait accompli.
