Joana, Sorry, but you totally lost me. This has been a NASDAQ stock for at least two years (when I first bought it). It isn't or wasn't OTC-BB, unless when you reference morphing otc's you mean NASDAQ Small Cap is an OTC. The only time I've had trouble buying this stock was when it was under 4 and my broker made me sign a waiver to buy it. I prefer online trading but liquidated my holdings of my companies stock (only accessible through a broker) to buy MSGI because it was easy to see where it was headed finally. Anyway. I just didn't follow you. Later. Kurt
