It's a Registration Statement, nothing more. The registration statement states that: "The selling stockholders do not have to sell all [or any] of the shares that they own." These investors invested $30 million in CYCH starting in 1997. See post "3188" for more complete information. Being a private placement transaction(s), these investors can't sell -- today, next month, next year -- unless they file a Registration Statement. Its filing doesn't mean that the investors intend to sell any time soon. Good investing!
