Jon (OT) On Moscow television this morning, the Russian Parliament was demanding that Russia provide Yugoslavia military aide. The longer this conflict goes on, the more pressure is on Yeltsin to do something or to look impotent or foolish to the Russian peoples....I still rate Russian military aide 50/50. The biggest danger are Russian surface-to-surface low flying cruise missiles. We do not have an effective defensive capability to take them out. That would put the naval forces in the Adriatic at risk....
