Marty:

I am not closer to management any more than any other shareholder,
except that I have met the Moellers at "Gold shows", and have
found them to be sincere. If I had predicted what would happen
to the stock, I would have sold a long time ago. Now, I am thinking
of adding shares, actually, because the colloidal silver is
a very strong proposition and could be surprisingly lucrative
for the company, and result in significant earnings in 1999.

Also, they are in the midst of obtaining financing for the Cane
Springs project. They have the permits to de-water etc.,
and are prepared to move ahead.

As time permits, I'll add additional updates.

Regards

Dan

[This being the case, do you believe management was aware of the new
law which was certainly discussed openly in the public arena? If not, then,
IMO, they are guilty of malfeasance and breach of fiduciary duty.]

Marty...do you know where or when this law was published? I would like to see a copy and the wording. Also it does seem likely that there was some public debate before enactment and that Utah mining companies were likely notified. It would be interesting to know when CFB management knew of this coming event.
