ecdonomic recovery as you know often is 6-12 months behind the markets.

as you know markets anticipate. but the full rally past 20K will not happen till the japanese start buying. right now they are bearish. americans first and then europeans are becoming more positive on japan. but they need their own people buying. the catalyst? they are working on setting up IRA type plans as we speak.

Is it "institutions" or is it Far East fund managers with these institutions? Wouldn't you be pleased if your fund started getting larger?
