Everyone except Clinton.

You know, I remember that Tony Robins (the self esteem guru) was counseling Clinton.

I think his treatment has been most successful, but absolutely disastrous for the country and for the world....

(I wish Robins would screen his customers better and make sure they have some sort of moral compass before turning them into supermen.)
