nihil: One would think so, but don't count on it. I am a Vietnam veteran and am not the least bit amused by the Clinton administration. Unfortunately the American People have a collective, average IQ of 100 with a reading proficiency at 13 years -- so any reference to their wisdom is a belly laugh at best. Propaganda is the technique of the 1990s and facts only serve to confuse most voters. Sorry for the cynicism. Ted
