To ALL: Recent stock price weakness question.
Recently (March 17th), TSIG filed to add an extra 7.5MM shares to the "VSI plan". VSI has filed for bankruptcy and several employees (28?) were let go. Were these shares given to the employees who were laid off as part of a compensation plan? If so, are they now selling and causing the recent weakness in TSIG's price? Just a thought. Does anyone know for sure what happened to those extra 7.5MM shares?
