Tom, I guess Torstar gives BID.COM some great advice, and they must have great faith into the Internet Auction concept, outside of that I do not know.!!! --I wonder would the board get special deals on stock price back when they started.????

Dman, Torstar is a shareholder of BII. If I remember correctly they put something like $1M in the pot.
