Dick, somewhere between this post to me and your most recent post to The Laundryperson you seem to have become employed/engaged/involved/whatever as phun's 'Director of Public Relations'. Could you please make a full and clear disclosure of how this came to pass, what did you know and when did you know it, you know, that sort of thing. Not meaning to be overly critical of what appears to be a vibrant young company with an impressive technology, but [as you may not be aware] other less worthy firms have found themselves in hot water here on SI for being .... um, less than forthright in such matters. Also, the prospectus does not make clear the specific limitations of the Class C preferred shares. Surely there are some? ... perhaps you could explicate the share structure when you have the time .... tia ... marcos
