MCI WorldCom to Have 'Control Position' in CAI, CNBC Says

New York, April 1 (Bloomberg) -- MCI WorldCom Inc. will have a controlling stake in CAI Wireless Systems Inc. following its recent acquisition of debt and equity in the company, CNBC reported, without citing a source for the information. MCI WorldCom will file disclosure documents on the stake with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission by mid-April, CNBC said. Officials from
neither company were immediately available to comment.

MCI WorldCom, the second-largest U.S. long-distance company, bought debt of CAI, People's Choice TV Corp., Wireless One Inc. and closely held CS Wireless Systems Inc. from a Merrill Lynch & Co. fund.

Hey Curt;

I can't speculate on continued buying from MCI, however, with this latest press release by Bloomberg its obvious that thing are moving very quickly. I think that there is definitely more upside potential with regard to the price of this stock.

Regards,

Felipe
