Dave, good morning. Etrade should at least give you an explanation as to why you weren't able to receive allocation of PCLN. If your time stamp was before 8pm and you have over $1,600 in your Cash or Option Buying Power on Mar 29, I don't see any reason for unavailability. Afterall, Priceline arranged to give 500,000 shares to Etrade, the biggest allocation in the entire operating history of the online brokerage firm. ValueAmerica -- Etrade's server was down big time when the page first came on. I am not sure I'll get any from them either. I do expect to receive decent allocation from both Robbie and Goldman, though.
