The last time I asked about this this point was just before the trouble began and it remained unanswered. On April 14th the federal investigation on tobacco has to come to an end because of the five year expiration time.
Recently, I posted an article about it here. (Read message 3297) The investigation team was already reduced. The article mentioned that nothing came out. What do you all think about the significance of this event. Unfortunately the article already expired from yahoo.
My take on it is that important claims which should be used in the federal lawsuit break away and therefore it has little ground to walk on.
