(Bob, no) Polite sympathetic gestures of talk from Mongolian, with no action.

My analysis shows only a 5% chance for a favoriable outcome to the MGR/MAC problem.

This from studies of prior case examples where a problem exist between two parties,
the hurt'ed not on the side where the means to resolve the conflict exist.

In these cases selected, the law was in flux because of its youth and of an
ability of those in control to change meaning and direction.

95% of the time the outcome was to protect "home".

In these cases there was little public view to be seened, with all meaningfull
decisions made behind closed doors in an unofficial manner.

So Bob, no continuation, as this cyber beer may be my only return here on this
MGR thread that is not a lost.
