I've posted two Washington Post articles and Gallup poll re: Kosovo
on Clinton Scandal - Sanity Check ( techstocks.com ) thread. The Kosovo rebel leader has just about given up hope. The NATO action is no longer about (1) humanitarian relief (Red Cross can give out aid better than soldiers) or about (2) abetting the Kosovar militia.

And now there are reports that the KLA is impressing young men in the refugee streams and forcing them to fight for the KLA. There ain't very many "good guys" left in this situation.
