Call and ask Paul Henry. If he doesn't answer, he will when at his desk. Keep trying. I won't try and answer because it would probably be incorrect. He confers with the SEC Counsel Attorneys probably twice a week for the correct way to do things. I think it was done to cause a separation of the options from VSI but can't remember for sure. Regular stuff--no big deal.
