Hawaii, you said "indicates an IPO for sure." There you go again! Gee, talk about immaturity. Haven't you learned that an IPO might not even be in your best interest? It's painfull to see a spin off that you don't own soar while the parent, even owning 70 - 85%, goes down in price (e.g., ZD, MALL). And the bad thing is, if you put in a bid to buy the spin off you'll probably pay double what the "analyst" friends paid. You'll learn the hard way, I see.

Give IDTC time and they'll be very successful!

Hawaii,
I've followed your due diligence for many many months. What you find out and present for the thread here and on Yahoo is appreciated. Though, one could say you take every opportunity to say anything positive about the company. David Wise is just giving his viewpoint and as long as he doesn't lie, try to manipulate the stock, etc., these views should be accepted, as the truth today, is likely somewhere in between, as far as what is known.

Personally for all the suffering longs, maybe they're gone by now, I hope they have a spinoff vs. a simple IPO. There is a difference here as well.

Owners of ZD stock don't get any shares of ZDZ, they get to own ZD and know that ZD will maintain 80% ownership of ZDZ. So if ZDZ goes up 1000% in the next year, then ZD will likely go up. This was an IPO.

Another example is MALL, UBID. or a nicer one is AT&T/Lucent.
In these cases, shareholders got shares in the IPO. With UBID, it didn't make sense, because I don't think it happened the day of the IPO.

Hawaii

Is it malice or immaturity to have a bearish position on a stock? Wise has not been unreasonably negative. I will at times go to a thread where I am interested in taking a position in the stock and display all my objections to actually buying the stock with the hopes of sparking a profitable dialogue and learning more about the company. If I get irrationally slammed or ignored let me tell you, it does the stock no good at all. All it tells me is that the investors on that thread are in love with their stock, and are unable to even present a logical rebuttal to my objections. After all, one should not buy a stock until all his reasonable objections against it have been satisfied. One would hope that he could get the best presentation of the positive side of a stock from those who are invested in it and happily promoting it on the internet. Accusing the person of having an agenda or being short or ignoring his good questions is not productive or polite.

BTW, I do not mean to pick a fight with you. And I do appreciate all the good links and opinions you present here.
