I have a question for any accountants. Doesn't
TSIG have a tax loss carryforward of approx 26
million? I realise that this will translate into
the first 26 million of net profits being "free"
money for TSIG, (meaning that they pay no taxes,
and get to keep the entire amount of net profits up to the first 26 million, correct?) but
doesn't this also give TSIG some kind of a basic
value, if they decided to just sell the company to
say.....IBM? I don't know how that works, and I am
not sure if I am correct, but wouldn't that give
TSIG kind of a "floor" as far as worth? TIA.
