I should think that any remaining "normal" shareholders--as you correctly note, the Stooges should not be numbered among them--would be shocked, horrified, and outraged. I think that the shareholders may need to look into all the filings. There seams to have been no filings statements ( 8K's) representing all the material changes within the company. 1. The removal of the old auditor. 2. The appointment of a new auditor. 3 The removal of the auditor. 4 The appointment of a new auditor. 5. The last K also went filed unsigned by the auditor. Also, this will cause further delays for shareholders of 1 year ago or longer that have their legends now coming due. As long as AZNT is not current in its filings those individuals cannot register and then sell their shares. That is a matter that also needs to be addressed. And what about the WellRich shareholders, they are now due as well. Something else I have noticed in the filings for AZNT is that my 144 filing was done in jan and AZNT posted it in October and its not for the $72,000 they claim. it was for a total average of $0.88 per share average which is not 72K it was for 57K 65,000 shares. Which Spider/ Gary has been running aroundSI claiming I have sold or transferred them all over the place. But, that is a transfer agent problem for leaking such information to the street.
