Who is TSIG, no one I mentioned? TSIS product of IVR is the initial product and all agree is not where the money is. The CPNI (Customer Proprietary Network Info) which is a 3rd party solicitation of phone customers, so the various Bells can sell additional products is where the revenues are along with R&R (Record and Replay). Many of TSIS customers won't allow TSIS to use their name (or their clients) in direct press releases but they do appear at the bottom of some TSIS releases.
