At this point we are not sure why the Realtime Ticker 1.30 - 28 is causing so many problems at the open. If this has been effecting you, then please continue to use v 27. Our apologies.

If you have had problems we'd like your assistance in helping us isolate the fault. Please email your answers to these questions to:

1) Which browser are you using?
2) Which O/S are you using?
3) How much RAM do you have?
4) What type of ISP are you using? (modem, cable, ADSL or LAN)
5) How many tickers do you have running?
6) How many stocks are in your ticker?
7) How many daily charts do you have open?
8) How many multi-day daily charts do you have open?
9) How many depth windows and trades lists do you have open?
10) Is the stock scanner window open?
