Hey Fli, I don't know for sure how the secondary offering will affect BETT's price. A lot depends on the price of the secondary offering. I don't know if the price has been determined at this time. The higher the price, the fewer shares will need to be issued to raise the $5,000,000. If BETT needs the money to complete the acquisitions and doesn't get it, that would hurt BETT a lot more than having additional shares outstanding. Something good must be happening. The price is rising like crazy, the last I checked. Go BETT!! Go Tom!! Scoobey
