Sorry to toot COOL, that wasn't very cool of me.
DCTM looks poised to turn around now down 30% after
prewarning but most of the sells are small blocks.
There's rumours they're getting taken out in the 20s
next week. If the rumours weren't true I think there'd
be more big blocks going off at the bid. Check the time
and sales yourselves.
