I feel this company has paid dearly for the recent slowdown in sales and is prime for bottom fishing. I caught the falling knife and doubled down at 11 1/14.

The company is fundamentally sound but I'm concerned it is at risk in losing key people who were awarded options (bonus or signing perks) that are now worthless. DCTM is expanding and hiring new help, it can ill afford to replace the highly skilled staff they currently have.
