X There is a difference between murder on the basis of race and murder for TERROR as the state policy "for eradicating sub human ethnicities". Balkans have always had inter racial and inter ethnic problems(including murders) but I ask for some reasonable reference which documents a state/government/monarchy systematically "cleanse" out an ethnicity(in Balkans). Some examles of such state sponsored genocide that come to mind are: Armenian genocide in 1915(Turks), Jewish genocide in WW2(Nazis), attempted Bosnian genocide in 1993(Serbs)...
