I guess you don't know how things work in the markets. IF that trade was honored, then PW *will* have to report that trade to NASDAQ!! It was not reported. Officially there was no trade at $146. If PW bought back shares from you at below market and did NOT report that to NASDAQ, then it is *breaking* the rules (besides, of course, looking ackwardly stupid).

I can send an email to PW and forward the same to NASDAQ about this issue. You want me to do that? Just say you lied, and give the matter a rest. It is not kid stuff anymore; we are getting real serious here, pal. You are claiming PW flouted NASDAQ rules. Is that so?
