Casey, Benz is a coupla weeks away from filing their Form 10SB to register their securities with the US SEC so the stock can trade here in the US. They would not be so stupid as to lie about how many shares are out at this point given that the truth will come out in a few weeks. I know the Form 10SB will have to be the truth since the lawyers and accountants have to sign that document and those folks will make you prove you were born before signing something to that effect. Ask Mark to e-mail you as soon as they have filed the Form 10SB and you can look at it on Edgar. They have not filed their 4th quarter numbers yet because the finance guys have been so busy: 1) getting the Form 10SB ready, and 2) working on a refinancing package.
