Don't laugh. I'm damn sure it is an OS/Java memory leak issue. With IE 4 the disk started to swap like crazy (ain't suppose to happen with 256 megs), froze the machine and I had to reboot. This morning with Netscape, it did show me a Windows box "This program perform an illegal fonction!" and I was able to start the old ticker without rebooting.

This is not a bandwidth issue IMO.

I use Win98.
