Paul: I agree. To just run with the reverse split would have been an easy way, but probably not the best way, to go. If the company and its properties have real value to another company, and if it is that real value that will ultimately reflect in determining what would be realized by stockholders, the place where its stock trades will have little importance. The usual negative implication of delisting being indicative of a company fighting for its life doesn't really matter in this case, since everyone already knows it. Although exposure and liquidity might suffer on BB, there certainly is less room for the price to be nibbled away at its current price, than there would be at ten times that number.
