Financing at last!!!! I especially enjoyed reading the part about ' with plans to expand into the Caribbean and to Asia during fiscal 1999. '. We've known for quite a while that the company has been working on other deals. All that was needed was the cash. Even though it took a lot longer than anyone could even imagine, Fred and company delivered. With this great news, I don't understand why the stock price and volume for both OAIS and NUOA are laying lifeless? Any thoughts? Jeff

I spoke to Jonathan Small today. He said that as soon as he could get some of the money that this group has contracted for, the company will finish the Gammarth casino and get started on some acquisitions. Boy, do these guys dream. This credit line along with the season starting to begin this month, should start some money coming in. If we're lucky there'll be enough to get the stock price heading up. It's been a long time coming. I hope these people can run a casino and hotel profitably. js
