I tell you John,I don't know-just don't know- what would get the attention of those people on the Street. I suppose if Dell said they were going to build 7 new plants on Mars they would figure out a way to write it off as bad news. I guess Dell could open a Web site-
go into competition with E-Bay. Maybe sell direct like Cpq does.
Investors seem to like that.
And that ridiculous 17% increase in computer sales. If Dell grows at 3.5 times that its only 58%. We have to do better, probably should have bought IBM or an oil company.

Ref:Dell's expansion plans.

Recently in an interview (I don't recall whether it was Michael Dell or Mort Topfer) said and I paraphrase:- Our ability to grow is limited by only our ability to expand capacity and the availability of qualified people- or something like that.

So now we know Dell has the ability to expand capacity and I am sure they will find qualified people,if there is a problem in the latter we can always send some qualified people from India in case there is a shortage.<g>
