I got the error message the first four or five tries. I've found that in order to get it to work, I have to talk REALLY LOUDLY with my face about 3 inches from the screen.

Some guy just came through the office and thought I was nuts. You're right, it's not very practical at work...

Otherwise, quite an amazing technology. Let's hope they can improve the sensitivity.

Try cleaning your screen. I found that when I cleaned my screen (because of months of neglect )it really helped clear up the quality of the call.
