Kemble, the problem in Austin is labor, and that is becoming more and more of an issue as time moves forward.

It is my understanding that there are 4000 positions open at DELL right now, for which there are no applicants.

The H-E-B gorcery chain recently opened up one of their "Central Market" stores, and the opening was delayed four months due to a shortage of labor to run it.

Granted these are not the "desirable" jobs, but to run this operation you need good employees at all levels.

Regards,
