These recent lawsuits are headlines, not "news". It's old news that childish plaintiffs and their greedy partners in crime are trying to stick it to MO. It will be news when one of these isn't overturned on appeal.

As far as the Federal lawsuit is concerned, I'm not. The suit doesn't have a chance in hell based on the actuarial data even if one assumes MO poisoned them deliberately and the patients were blameless.
