Joseph, I'm not bashing the stock, I'm just shooting the messenger. Hopefully there is something in the pipe but I don't see it. We've been in this for quite some time and there's always a deal cooking but nothing ever comes to fruition. Jim

If TMMI needs funding from NY, then we are probably not looking at any kind of Merger, Buy-out, or Take-Over, but some sort of product development that Tom needs funding to produce. If this is the case I hope it is a good product otherwise he will have problems getting anything from anybody. I can't see some big NY money man, or firm, giving TMMI money to produce ELVIS the SEQUEL. I would also assume that whatever it is, he has a working demo or prototype to show-off, and not just a grand scheme, or we will probably get zilch based on the full faith and credit of TMMI that the debt will be repaid. Then again we made need some extra cash to pay our mailbox rent for April and possibly a new answering machine. Just thinking out loud, rob
