It appears at the top of the page with the heading Your Indication of interest was received on .... This is the page that appears during the submission process after the Indication of Interest Preview is submitted. I also routinely keep a separate time stamped hard copy of all transactions involving trades or potential trades.

Upon submittal of your "step 3" of the indication of interest process....the final screen appears and states "we have recvd. your submittal of interest at xxxx e.s.t." and states exactly when your submittal was recvd.
