If New Access continues to look good, MRVC will exercise those options, and then the profit-loss will flow to the bottom line.

These guys are among the hardest working, innovative people I've seen (also worst marketers). I see no hint of "fishy" business. I agree with Webdrone - if you aren't comfortable with their choices of growing the company, sell.
