Occasionally, yes. It's rather annoying, I'm consdiering moving to another online brokerage.

The one thing I love about E*Trade is the integration and online ability to download my portfolio into Microsoft Money. Does anyone know of another provider with these features?

That's the only thing keeping me with E*Trade at the moment. It's been sluggish for the most part.
