By looking at ATEL chart, it is obvious that after the first opening run, it settle down at specific level till the end of the day when it has another run to a new higher level.

So I think we will see another run near the end of today especially with anticipation of next week.

MCI is entering the industry and SPRINT is following (as you read from the press release). This is giving attention to the entire industry (ATEL is one of them) plus these giants are using the small companies business in their move and showing interest to buy them.
as you read from the PR, MCI is using $200 Mil in debt from several wireless cable-television companies.
