The only connection between NNZA and AZNT is that NNZA bought the shell that used to be Back and Neck. As you'll recall, Andy Mann gave Titan Investments shares in Back and Neck. According to testimony offered at the 2 October injunction hearing, AZNT still owns some of that stock. Which is now NNZA stock, of course.
