********CONFERENCE CALL HIGHLIGHTS******* Scott Sitra gave a company disclaimer to begin with. He said that ANYI was still in a quiet period. Carmen Youst – told us that the audit was in review , they are shortly to be released, sales were flat for 98, company spent this qtr going through an evaluation, new folks being hired to spearhead mkting effort, bringing on several new products, company to redesign the carrying case, filing documents to enable BANY to become fully reporting company, don't see no problem with becoming a reporting company. Doublecase- continues to expand relationship with current companies, ie DELL and INGRAM(sp), No BIG news, but should have big news by months end.…. . This coming year bany will be looking look for additional acquisitions, Doublecase has 2nd generation products coming out, paul keno(sp) no longer the auditor, new auditor is out of Denver area. Accountants work with reporting and non reporting companies…. Questions and answer session followed: (Selected Questions and Answers) - What exchange will BANY continue to be reporting to? Answer? BB - What about Future Acqusitions? Answer, Company looking at Acqs. - Big things? What big things?. Answer, Details to come - Do you see Amway as being a competitor? Answer, NO - How much advance notice with ANYI trading? Answer, 1 week - How many diluted shares ANYI will be offered to public? Answer, 1.7 million. How many fully diluted shares of BANY? Answer, Approx. 11 million - When will quiet period end? Answer, Anytime, Anyday. Up to SEC - When will restricted shares be available to market? Answer, immediately - How will BANY expand its ecommerce? Answer, Doublecase being advertised on search engines to bring traffic to web site. Also, looking to redesign web site this summer.
