Well Truff, i'm not selling my original shares because the taxes would be huge. Also, while i don't expect the stock to do much until the merger plays out, i could be wrong (i've been wrong more than once before) I would not be at all happy if i sold, incurred a tax liability and then the stock didn't go significantly lower: i wouldn't even be able to buy back the same number of shares i started with. i do have a GTC order 37ish to buy some trading shares: even long-term investors need pizza money. Anyway, welcome aboard Truffie. You did read the Prospectus, right?<G>
