It seems that NPEC and MDIN like to surprise people so I don't really know for sure. But I did speak with Les Price and he said that the NPEC news about the telecommunications company would be out next week, not this week. Tomorrow is a holiday in Canada. But we've heard that before from Dave, so let's see if Les is more reliable. I will hold all my shares.

The insiders and people close to NPEC have accumulated over 70M shares from what I am told so if they can wait, I can wait. You don't see them selling any shares do you? The volume is extremely low on NPEC so all I can assume is that the insiders are holding tight on NPEC too.

I wouldn't be holding this stock if I was not confident that it was going up. However my target has never been anywhere near what others have set and it still is not. I'm keeping my feet on the ground. We purchased shares in a company, not a lottery ticket.

I feel the risk reward ratio here is extremely good and that is why I hold. I have not been trading this stock like some people obviously have been and profiting from the uncertainty and hype they create.

I will not be persuaded one way or the other by people just because they know how to type. I do my own DD and call people so that I can get a feeling for where the company is at and if they have something good.

No one is responsible for your investment decisions except you. You should not believe everything just because somebody says it. Would you give your child to a stranger to cross the street? I don't think so. So look at this as a similar thing. You cannot trust anyone that you do not personally know, so you must use your own judgement and try to dig up facts on the company yourself. You should not put your trust even in me because you don't know me.

The only words of wisdom I have here is that if MDIN and NPEC were crap, the insiders would not be holding the majority of the shares and holding them so tight.

There are all kinds of people in the world, good and bad. But no one will accept responsibility for you except you and if your lucky your parents.

Good luck.

Lola:)

P.S.: I would not be worried about any kind of a suspension because I don't see any problems in that area. If there are people who are creating problems they are probably not insiders of the company but just people wanting to profit from short term small investor nervousness. They create this situation so they can profit from it. Some of them may even be working together or even the same person using different aliases. That kind of thing is not uncommon. That is my opinion.

Be real careful Kim ...Asking germain questions like that will cause you to ranked with those that bash the company!!! Its not nice to ask such good questions.

Fact is that IR man is on vacation, no news has come out and all we have is a hollow promise of news. News is one key that will start the stock moving again. IR can and will promote the company and its news if there was something to report.

Tried calling 909-245-9498, it only has a recording, tried calling Metroplus and got a goofy voice mail system with no way to get to a real person...just voicemail. Tried calling IR, just in case, on vacation, tried calling 888-644-6455, for some reason unknown to me, all I get is a recording that my call cannot go through.

Now I realize it is the Easter break with schools, but the funny thing is most every other company in the world is still open for business.

A friend of mine was able to get through to MR. Goodwin at RGM Communications, IR for MDIN, and was promised that a message would be given to Mr. Price to call him back. But I haven't heard if that call took place yet. So what is one to think??

Now if anyone has a phone number that is answered by a real person
with NPEC, I'll be more than happy to call, on my nickel.
Email it to me and I will call. MY email address is in my profile.
