re: "Insiders have to file months in advance to sell shares." Indeed, it is required by law, however as chief legal counsel to AMD, he is an embarrassment. If these class action suits ever get in front of a jury, and if he is called or asked in front of a jury what he was doing with his shares during the defined period of the suit, I cannot conceive of him giving an answer that will not be very embarrassing, regardless of the law, other contexts, or circumstances.
