Ram: I can't believe we're ONLY at 20. I was here when we were at 36 and thought we were undervalued then! Heck, I'm still waiting for 40.

But I consider it a good sign that we have traded at 20. That means the market (which I hope is "smart money") is sure we're getting more than 20 from any agreement that is signed.
