I am still not following this. What is this intrinsic value of
a node?

One needs a node to do what?

If one needs a node will any old node # do?

There will be 60,466,176 nodes, how many will be needed?

How many are needed today?

Bill, that is substantially correct. However, as I just explained, it's too early to predict which piece of real estate will be valuable. I suspect once someone figures out which nodes will be worth more than others, they'll keep that to themselves and try to buy them! That's another reason why we decided to make things random at first.
