Best I can tell the chief contractor for Tomahawk cruise missles is Hughes Electronics, a subsidiary of GM.

There are a number of different kinds of cruise missiles - and several manufacturers. You might be referring to the air launched missiles that had been manufactured by Boeing... Here is a decent article on the subject. newpower.org

A supplier but not mentioned in the above article is Raytheon - prime contractor for the Tomahawk. There is a history of the Tomahawk if you are interested in here: janes.com
