Mr. Schaeffer has apparently suggested that the company has lost focus, I would argue that they have gained focus. That focus being to make Taylor a viable going concern in the metal works industry, while creating a diversified industry base, so as to alleviate the problems inherent with a single cyclical industry.

Some of the proof is in the pudding, we seem to have gotten by the Taylor issues, so hopefully news and contracts will flow a little more freely. I realize that the Safe-T-Bar concept has nothing to do with O&G but it does have a lot to do with metal works production. I think that bringing something of this magnitude to the table, has shown Oscar that WRN really does have something to offer him as part of his business equation. This is just my perspective on things, however, I was quite convinced that somewhere along the line we were going to see Taylor vended out and I was not convinced that we would see full value for it. We may still see it vended out somewhere down the road, but with this type of deal under our belts, I think if it happens, we will be more likely to see what we consider to be an equitable arrangement.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
