I'll tell you again. Everybody wants a bite of the Big Dog's bone. They are going to try to make a case against Visx even if none exist. They are not likely to prevail. The only thing I see to slow the growth of this company and the industry generally is a drastic decrease in procedure volume from the public fear of Y2K problems. I think the average potential patient will postpone elective surgery and keep the cash in their pocket until they feel secure from a potential collapse of the economy from the great computer "Crash". Keep a close eye on Q3 and Q4 cash flows.
